Alright, I can't have an M4-because there aren't any to be had. My wife even said they were COOL! I swear I didn't make her say it! She said to find one and I could buy it! yeehaaaa but there aren't any. So to quench the burning in my wallet. I need to hear what you guys have to say about the Glock 22! I love it. I have had one for about 11 years now, it was my first handgun actually. Besides the first few shots wher I was limp wristing it, I have never had any FTF. I've put about 4000 rounds through her. Mine is plenty enough accurate for a pistol and the recoil is a bit snappier than the 9mm G17, but it's not bad at all.

well ive had the glock 23, and as of right now, i have a glock 21sf, glock 32, xd40 and glock 19(2nd hand), in my opinion all glocks are great, but just get the .357 version over the .40's.

Why?
raffycanlas
well like i said just based on my opinions, although the .40 is a potent round, i think the .357 is even better, the .40 doesnt travel as fast nor does it have a big diameter like the .45

opinion noted Thank you

If you buy a Glock you will be shooting .357 Sig wich is comparitivley expensive. .357 for a revolvor cost less and you can shoot .38 Special. If your set on an auto, .40 is a good round for a multitude of purposes.

not going to lie, .357 sig is my favorite round but the price kills me, in my town, you can buy 50 rounds 9mm for 15 bucks, and itll cost me around 40 bucks for 25 rounds of the .357 sig.

I had one for about a year before finances made me get rid of it. Wonderful gun. I'm not a big fan of the .40, as it is expensive and the recoil makes fast follow up shots more difficult than the 9mm, but it's a very effective round, common, and the capacity is good. I went shooting with a friend who had a 1200 dollar 1911 style in .40 and he shot some LSWC rounds and every few rounds his gun would fail to chamber. He got fed up and gave the ammo to me and that Glock 22 ate it up like it was factory new FMJ. Nothing stops them.

I have to admit, when I see a Glock in a magazine, It's hard for me to tell the difference between them. I'm going to pick up the Glock mag tomorrow and do some research. Thanks

I have a glock 27. The main reason I got it was for concealed carry. As far as shooting, it will not touch either or my sigs or my kimber. However, as for durability, and concealability, the 27 has the thumbs up. The .40 can get pricey if you are just plinkin' tho.

get a glock 22 chambered in .40, and buy a .357sig conversion barrel for it. you can even use the same mag.
I would still look for an M4. There are still quite a few out there. I just cam from a gun show last week that had some. A few shops in my area have recently gotten a few in stock. I would call around to large shops in bigger cities, and have one shipped. believe me, there are still quite a few out there.

You just made up my mind for me, Thanks. Glock 22 in .40 and a .357 conversion barrel. Perfect.

Good choice on the .40
