Just bought a 9mm Skyy (Sccy) CPX-1 handgun with two 10rd clips.
I've never seen one in real life. it looks kind of like a lcp. How is it?
it fits and feels good in my hand but i haven't had the pleasure of shooting it yet cause of stupid stuff delaying me getting to go shoot it, but i'm eager to do so. as soon as i take to shoot ill let everyone know how i like it. i still haven't shot my 22 rifle and 357 mag yet so that's just more for me to shoot in one day.. lol
I've watched this company since start-up. Please let us know what you think.
i finally got to shoot the sub compact 9mm and its a good gun but its just not for me. i actually set it off to the side and picked up my S&W sw9ve sigma series and pretty much forgot about the compact 9mm. ill end up selling the compact and holster to a friend/co-worker.
Sorry to hear that you didn't like it. You mentioned that it fit in you hand well so was the problem with fit & finish, uncomfortable control features, trigger? I was thinking of buying one myself.
when i would shoot it id end up hitting the safety on it so i would have to stop, un-do the safety just to keep shooting it and i think my hands are too big to hold it and shoot it. i like the finish, trigger pull, and everything else.
here is a review sight for the Skyy
sold the cpx-1 today and picked up a smith and wesson sw40gve (silver slide with the green polymer).
Found a stocking dealer in scenic Brownsburg, IN (7 miles away). I'll take a look this weekend.
