If you saw/heard the "testimony" of SecDef Panetta, and CJCS General Dempsey before the Senate Armed Services Committee 2/7/13, you may have had the urge to either VOMIT, or to try to keep from laughing yourself into unconsciousness, had it not been so pathetic.

Yesterday's O'Reilly word of the day SHOULD have been "INCOMPETENCE", because THAT is what we learned CAUSED the Benghazi debacle. Thank GOD for the Senators who grew some real BIG ones [apology to Kelly Ayotte], and held Leon's and Martin's political feet to the fire they so richly deserved. IMO, Senators Graham, McCain and Cruz, as well as Inhofe and Ayotte ALL deserve an American Defense Service Medal.

What was lurking, but never brought to light??
>WHY did we require a "consulate" with an "Annex"/CIA presence in Benghazi? ... a cover for a CIA/State Dept [Obama approved] blackop conduit for getting arms to the Syrian rebels??
>WHY did ambassador Chris Stevens have to go there on 9/11/12??.....did someone leak this "black" op to al Qaida, and thus give Dr. Ayman Zawahiri [the new Osama bin Laden] a perfect opportunity to teach the POTUS a painfull lesson for bragging about killing OBL and crippling al Qaida?? Entrapping ambassador Stevens was probably a cinch, and the knowledge of how vulnerable the Benghazi "consulate" complex was--was enough for Dr.A.Z. to pull the trigger.
You, like many other US Americans thought our Executive Branch functions were cooperating and coordinating much better since 9/11/01? You thought we were getting rid of the "rice bowl" mentality. You thought we were melting away the walls between the bureaucracies--that the FBI and the CIA were "holding hands", and the DoD and the State Dept. were projecting US power and policy in a cooperative and coordinated manner.
WELL folks, if you did not hear the testimony ---in answer to this question to Dempsey:/ /you read Stevens' desperate cable message stating this Consulate cannot successfully defend itself, and MUST have additional Security assets and personnel if we are to successfully defend ourselves?\\----General Dempsey: "Yes".
Question: /WHY, after the record of previous attacks, did you not preposition adequate assets nearby?\
[Are you ready for this??] General Dempsey: "Because the State Department DID NOT request it".
WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO--"WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK"??[as Senator Graham asked] Panetta shamefully said (paraphrased) We were not meant to be a "911" agency. So, four US Americans came home in flag-draped coffins.
And now BHO is going to give us two more incompetents--Hagel and Brennan, and we can look forward to more catastrophies, as they join Kerry.

You might ask WHY the State Department did not request help--and you might also ask why the CIA has been VERY silent. I leave the possible answers to your imaginations......

Rant Concluded.

that there were no responses to the "Let it Rip"rant above. The "rest of the story" that I word- pictured above, looks like it might come true.
Some of you may be familiar with the name Bridgette Gabriel--a virulent ANTI islamo-extremist, who is very probably at the top of the islamo-terrorist "to-be- hit" list, because of her disclosure of their value system, plans, systems, methods, and ultimate goals. Her US [military] contacts have confirmed to her what I conjectured, above. But that is apparently not the WHOLE story. She states that there is much fear of retribution on the part of many Star-level officers, and thus a good bit of CYA on their parts. She stated that if people like Senator Graham and others do not put maximum pressure on convening secure testimony under oath, the story will never be disclosed to the people of the USA. [legislation for a special committee for this purpose has been proposed in the HouseRep].
Perhaps, the "TRUTH" will finally require impeachment of the POTUS and criminal negligence charges for the former Secretary of State, and others.
IFYOU NEVER CONTACTED YOUR HOUSEREP OR SENATOR--NOW IS THE TIME!!!!!

I have reached the conclusion that there are few of the 572 that are doing anything but covering their ass. those that are in on it want it this way, those that are not have become the minority, the brave and courageous are the first to die, those that are left are more cautious, caution deteriorates into paralysis for some.

coincidence that the players of the Benghazi fiasco are melting away back into a protected society.read that as " their society" not ours, the one we live in, to the men that I talk to daily on the job site, know we are being hijacked, forced into cattle cars carrying our damn weapons,.

For the first time in my memory from the time I was able to vote I could not watch the state of the union address. I am tired of the BS from both sides, that does not mean I have given up. I have written every senator and rep involved in Mn politics, including that asshat Governor, a man so stupid his own family did not want him involved in the family business, the former senator that RAN out of DC during the anthrax scare.

like you, I only hope some one is coming up thru the ranks to do the business that needs to be done, and that I get a chance to see it.right now even our own ranks of right minded people is festered with Internet pretenders, the ones that decry the statements of the Ted Nugents, James Yeagers,Wayne Lapierre, People with passion for what this country really stands for.

I am sick of the fence sitters and I am right there on the fence myself. Rant over......

You certainly do not sound like a fence sitter. You sound like a 100% US American patriot. There are millions of us, and each has different resources and abilities to fight the good fight for the life of this country. I have faith that most would fight and die to reify our own, personal oaths to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the USA, and thereby assure our posterity the wonderful republic envisioned by the founders.

To those who believe that the worldwide jihad will eventually wear us down, and force us to sucumb to the rule of sharia law, I say: history demonstrates those who underestimated the grit and determination of the PEOPLE of the USA, have ALWAYS lost--and very painfully so.
To those who are the domestic wolves in sheep's clothing, I say: those of your ilk have always been discovered and dealt with painfully and severely by the millions of sharp-toothed US American sheepdogs.
To those who pose, otherwise as good "Americans", but wish to ultimately drive us from Capitalism to socialism to communism or perhaps islammunism, I say: the pendulum swing toward redistribution is being overcome by the gravity of realistic thought about what we need to survive in safety and security, and then, grow and burgeon as the leader of the free world.
I start my 82nd year today. This rant will never be concluded until they drape the flag on my casket.

i am obviously quite late, but now that i know HAPPY BIRTHDAY LLE.lbc, sounds like your frustrated more than i am with all the things going on in our country.i also sometimes feel like i should be doing something more than bs on the internet, and even start to feel like im no better than those fakes you mentioned.i try to just remember i am,and and know many people who truly have a spark of self responsibility, and a certain amount of defiance built in that makes me question why anyone would seek to make me less self suficiant and more dependant on others.this is hardly the time and place for a big monologue on the issue, but i thing you can get the idea.take stock in knowing that in a way the harder you are pushed the more you become justified in your own ideals, and simultaneously the worse it gets for all of us and the more we all feel the fences being pulled tighter and tighter around us the more they (the fence builders) try to tame us like farm animals the more free human nature takes over,so they are their own undoing.they need us for labor, tax$,soldiers, etc, and they record everything somewhere, and secrets never keep.I HOPE WE ALL GET TO SEE SOMETHING HAPPEN.

CRY HAVOC and let slip the dogs of war!
