i have been doin all the grilling!go figure,i come to texas the home of BBQ and i do my GP sticky chicken and also smoked a goat,then smoked 6 whole chickens,did some pork steaks and will be doin some beef soon.i did go to a BBQ place in houston that was fair.Hinze's was the name.i been using lotsa mesquite.they been having me smoke and grill then have been freezing it for later!
