Gun Grabber Logic
I was gonna post in this thread, http://www.gunslot.com/forum/course-guy-who-went-nuts-alabama-used-f-ass... but I figured I'd put it in its own thread instead: SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- A San Francisco man faces 14 counts of attempted murder after going on a driving rampage and targeting pedestrians on sidewalks. ...A rash of pedestrian accidents in the GTA has left two people dead and a man charged with impaired driving causing death. Terri Callaway was struck at about 8:45 p.m. by a black Subaru Outback. The vehicle also struck another car and took down a concrete light pole. Pedestrian Killed On Davis Drive Elderly Man Run Down By Car On Alameda Walkway 10 Die After Driver Plows Through Outdoor California Market Based on the aforementioned news briefs, taken from different "News" reporting agencies, with one going back to 2003, it is MY opinion that Buicks, SUV's, Hondas, Subarus, and Jeep Cherokees be added to the "target" (no pun intended) examples in the next Assault Weapons legislation. Most data I've been able to find suggests that automobiles inflict more injury and death on us citizens than do guns, yet, nobody in washington seems to be the least bit concerned about the havoc these vehicles are wreaking upon us. Furthermore, while the firearm enjoys protection under the bill of rights, there is no such protection offered the automobile under the constitution. Gainfully employed since 1974 |
