Today? Not bad, I pushed the envelope and got lucky. Weekend from hell. The avalanche left me stranded, I've got 2nd degree burns again and a bad attitude. Thanks for asking though.
Really, I'm fine. Scars on scars are just scars I guess. Hurts like a bitch in the sun though.

Sorry to hear bout the getting cooked. Yeah, Heat on top of burn really sucks worse than ash in the eye. Least tears wash it away...
I'm so backed up right now it would be a little bit before I could get to it. I don't do carving on leather so it would end up being either exotic ( stingray, shark, etc) or regular leather with dye or oiled and baked.

I got my Machine back and it works great, but, I figured out that the presser feet are bent so I had to order a setup of them before i can use it. So I am still doing it all by hand. I've also just started setting up shop to run my own CCW classes and also personal shooting instruction and that has been a pain in the arse.
Too much at one time. My son needs to move back to Florida and come work with me. Between the two of us we could really get something going. eh... lifes a beach

how do you get 2nd degree burns,just from walking or trying to push a avalanche? i've gotten frostbite from trying to unstick a car in frigid temps before,what did you do?

Mark actually lifes about 3 minutes from me. He is not one I shoot with or would care to spend any time around... He hasn't met a person as good as him...
