Hello I'm new here, very new to the gun world. I'm still trying to figure out what is best for me and my small hands. Ive been looking around for something to fit me perfect with deadly accuracy for the bad people. Killing two birds with the proverbial stone. My father in law gave me a S & W 38 special and a 22 derringer but the 38 is way to heavy for me and the trigger pull is 9 lbs (very uncomfortable). The derringer is clumsy feeling. Anybody have any suggestion as to the "perfect gun" for a CCW toten grandma

Welcome to Gunslot.com.
I would reccomend a used Browning BDA .380 cal. Very smooth action, highly reliable. Trigger pull just about right for you. Check on Gunbrokers.com an auction. They are not cheap, but they are good!

That's my wife's name, and she can shoot the eye out of a fly, with her 9. I never argue with her when the gun is nearby. I do whine a lot, and sometimes even feign tears.
Her other name is, "She Who MUST BE obeyed".
But, it's good to have my own security guard/RN, all wrapped up in one neat package.

and as soon as she finds where you hid the insurance paper's you're a dead man
