you know this may sound weird or maybe just plain crazy...I have killed men before due to this war and I honestly think that interests me more then hunting an animal...unless its with a knife. However, I want to put on record me saying that I see nothing wrong with hunting and killing of animals. If you do it...great, dont really care. as long as theres yummy dead flesh in the local market I dont care. I just dont see the fun in it. You having a High Powered Rifle and camo and the knowledge of the hunt beginning...the animal has nothing? but im fine with it. fuck those furry pricks...the shouldnt of headbutt your bullet. Next time you hunt, do me a favor...send me some meat!!!

Sytasyn - I've never met a human that can see and hear even close to a wild turkey senses. Untill you call that bird to you (it's against their nature) and feel his gobble vibrating in your chest. You know the bird is 15 feet away. Your blood is pumping and the next moment he is gone and you never layed eyes on him. The thrill is still there, the excitement lingers forever, you know next time the sneaky bastard will come in front of you instead of behind.
The meat is secondary to me. The hunt is the FUN. Here in Indiana we can't use high powered rifles for hunting. I use a muzzleloader for the Hunt. One shot - One kill. The thrill is knowing your skill with your weapon, Am I going to take this animal with this one opportunity? Trust me the thrill is there.

heres a laugh for ya but i swear on my life it is true. my turkey weapon is a pickup truck! we have turks here in Washington state and when you are driving down the road and there is fifty of the tasty buggers standing in your lane, well, lets see HAMMER DOWN!I have gotten two this way but have also stalked them at dawn with a 12 gauge and have harvested 5 but it was far easier with the pickup
