LEED Green

good luck with that exam Lucky!

That is going to be one stamp builders will need to have in their passport to expanding income for sure.

I think they will probably end up offering Disaster areas more Federal monies for rebuilding or require a certain % of the rebuilding be Green. In the end it will make a difference in continued operational costs for business and help keep home owners living bills down to some extent.

Though it will mainly see more savings in the Business arena I'm sure.

thanks

its a real good way to build, just putting a name to the way i have run projects before, but i love the common sense approach to building and there is going to be a shitload of remodeling commercial property coming up,and revamping entire cities for "Green Technology".It's a fucker of a test though, course i'm just thick headed to,hard to get anything new in this gourd.

I had posted about my muzzleoader(the BITCH),no the epoxy did not work, iput a RD on it and went hunting,i managed to geta bullet stuck in the BITCH right before hunting started(daybreak). So i went to plan B,my Ruger 44 mag with 6 rounds of 300grain Hornady XTP in it and as luck would have it i got to unload the 44 at a 4 point buck about 50yds away, never hitting it once.I have since taken up needlepoint instead of hunting.

lol, sorry to hear that. Me and the kid only saw a four point ourselves. It wasn't legal, though, or I would've went ahead and took it. I was getting tired of not getting a shooter and figured now I just need to get something and worry about a good one on my second tag. But we have antler restrictions on bucks, so if the inside spread isn't at least 13", you can't shoot. I must have re-checked the spread about six times, in hopes that it got wider since the last time. ;)

Was that a Ruger Black Hawk? 50 yds. is a long shot with that. I wouldn't feel bad about missing. Next time, if it's legal, take a 12ga. loaded with buckshot instead of the BITCH, and put some 00 or 000 pellets in it's ass. It won't be able to run for shit after that, and you can chase it down and put a .44 mag right in it's heart. :D

Always nice to come across something going in the right direction for a friend. I was kinda wondering if they make you do a continuing education thing with the cert? My brother has to do that stuff for his Home Inspection Cert and also his Contractors.

LEED should ensure some return for the effort for a long period as they start demanding more Green in all building to help off set the energy situation we face and will face.
