hero's

my hero has always been Arnold Swarwhatever. when i was a kid he was just making the conan movies and winning the mr. universe and being somebody. and i allways thought he would be a good working mans friend in politics. now that he is gov. i am not as impressed with him. i understand being in kali is probably not the easiest job, but come on he is not the person i thought he would be. i am surprised at some of the stuff he has put or let go thru. anybody have or had a hero let them down like this? of course my dad is my number one man i look up to. funny how the older i get the smarter he gets. great man my dad.

and what do you expect from a guy who married into the Kennedeys. Hathcock's name was Carlos.

Gonna sound odd but

my Son, even after all the bullshit he went through growing up, all the crap he knows happens every single day, he still decided he needed to sign up at 17 to serve his country, then got out and served the public as a paramedic/fire rescue and is now returning to the Military to serve again as a Helo Pilot.

my pseudo Son ( we raised him for a few years because his family got lost ) who went into the service at 18 got out went to University and back in, this time in the Marine JAG.

also my daughter who at 15 gas the balls to ask why and expect an answer

No sir, he fell into that bullet... Never argue with a stupid person. They'll just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience!!

Hero's

My Biological Dad who is a gulf war veteren or better yet a desert storm veteran. Dont know much on him other than that but from what my mother says he was an abusive person. I dont know as I never witnessed anything or if I did I dont remember as I was 2 years old when he came back. So kind of mixed on whether to call him a hero to me as a man to look up to but he is a hero of the U.S. as he went and done his job in military service.

But from what my mind lets me say here is that my hero would be my step dad as he always helps those in need. I mean he is a bit grumpy towards me 99% of the time but the man works hard every day to bring home enough money to feed the family. He is of course retired due to a dissability sufered from the days when he was a construction worker but he still goes and does odd jobs or hauls scrap metal off or anything he can do to get a few bucks to provide for the family. That is what a hero is in my book. Me and him dont see eye to eye on much but he is a man who has my respect and is a hero for working through his pain and dissabilties to feed the family.

That's great man me and my dad argue just about every day and see eye to eye on nothing the only thing we share is our love for hunting and guns, but I have all the respect in the world for him and can truly say that I love him and would do anything for him
