I just bought my first pistol in 3 years. I bought a Bersa Thunder 45 acp. Havent had a chance to fire it yet but read a lot of good things about it. I will have a chance to fire it tomorrow.

Hey LBC how ya doin?

Hope your electrical work went well...
It always was those "free" jobs that were a pain in the ass.
Putting in a receptacle for a friend of mine for a gaebage grinder in a kit remodel. It was hard wired and he wanted to have it plug in. I am laying on my stomach reaching over the waste pipe (metal) not pvc. I kept getting bit. So I told him to turn off the breaker, still got bit, had him turn them all off, still bit. Then I had him pull the main and still got zapped. Finally got it done, but never did figure where that juice was from.

hey samd

thats weird,i'll have to think about that a bit,if the main was turned off there shouldn't be any juice.I got the wiring finished up,gave them the GGD(good guy discount) and as usual with doing work for relatives they wanted more, for less, and didn't appreciate it,LOL.

I will say they were appreciative.. They bought us pizza, and really were grateful..This is the one thats the hunter, and i hadn't seen his antalope mount.. Turned out pretty good.. So did the water heater, as it happend i didn't have to "swet" anything in.. just a straight change out. With my back he had to do all the heavy lifting.. They (lowes) were going to charge him 300 for the job.. Now besides the savings he has the confidence to tackle it next time, so it worked out great... Long day tho..and man i was feeling it this am.. guys i gota get going wife wants me to watch the O's with her.. see ya all later... Daisy get beter quick bud, we miss ya...

Sam, was there a UPS, Uninterruptable power supply, hooked up to a computer?
Some of the older ones would backfeed a circuit.

Only thing I could think of was they had a water well, never did figure out where it got its power from, so it had to be a feedback through the ground. It wasn't a full zap, my meter would pick up like 120 volts. So it had to be 1 leg of the 220 pump. So when he wanted can lights in the kit I sent my kid over, with a warning and he is a Journyman Union Electrician. My heart didn't need any restarting.
