home protection...
what is and ideal weapon for home protection? In my personal opinion I am very comfortable with a 9mm or a .45 although a major concern is, in worst case scenario, the safety of neighbors. or by standers. what are and where do ballistics come into play? |

i would be more concerned with overpenetration of a bullet such as thru walls there are many different specialized home defense bullets available that minimize penetration but will still put bad guys down one that comes to mind is Hornady TAP personal defense ammo.go to www.hornady.com and check it out

on the variant and the condition of the chamber!check chambers on them due to possible use of corrosive surplus ammo but a romanian or yugoslavian in decent shape should start at 300 bucks
