Horrible day at the range!
My two boys and I headed out to the desert yesterday with a hand full of rifles and 20 Tannerite targets (they are an absolute blast by the way, no pun intended). One thing I learned is that neither my ROMAK 3 nor my 91/30 sniper are even close to being sighted in so I pulled the optics off of the ROMAK, put the 91/30 away and broke out the AR15's and had a blast shooting the big bang targets. It was on our way home that disaster struck and the seemingly impossible happened, somewhere along the washboard gravel road, a piece of gravel hopped up into the blades of the electric cooling fan which promptly shot it into one of the radiator cooling tubes splitting it open, chances of this happening are one in a million...bye bye coolant. Fortunately we made it to I-80 before I shut it down, still the middle of nowhere but less so than the back roads. Keep in mind that here we are 60+ miles away from home, scratching our asses wondering what to do when along comes a good old boy in a Dodge Dakota who as it happens lives less than a mile from me and offers to tow us to a place called Lake point, well I being no stranger to being towed and things were going so smoothly he just kept on going and towed us all the way home. I owe that old boy a serious debt of gratitude, there are good people left in the world but sometimes it seems like they are few and far between. Hamp,
If you like the Tannerite, try they other guy on here's stuff. Sure shot actually is a better product. I got him to send us some and now we replaced the tannerite with it as it was a better price and a bigger bang as well!
Just a thought...
PS: Unlucky truck troubles stink! I blew 3 tires at once a couple months ago... All like new tires, I ran something unknown over... I had to wait in the 110 degree heat for a towtruck since I only had one spare!
Tracer
During the past year, I've spent a little over a grand keeping my car on the road with under the hood and gas line problems. But I have to say, I've never had 3 tires blow out at the same time!! Now THAT'S bad luck.

Like Tracer says, that's bad luck. I would be willing to try the Sure Shot, what the hell, cheaper and better, what's not to like?
My mom took out two tires in a Houston 'pot hole' when I was a kid.

Here is a link to them. This is the lowest price on the net for them since it is at MAP pricing: http://colemantyler.com/products.php?cat=271
Have an awesome day!
