MARCH 5th, 2009

~

Last Thursday Night Around Midnight,

A Woman From Houston , Texas Was Arrested, Jailed, And Charged With Manslaughter

For Shooting A Man 6 Times In The Back As He Was Running Away With Her Purse.

~

The Following Monday Morning,

The Woman Was Called In Front Of The Arraignment Judge, Sworn In, And Asked To Explain Her Actions.

~

The Woman Replied,

"I Was Standing At The Corner Bus Stop For About 15 Minutes, Waiting For The Bus To Take Me Home After Work.

I Am A Waitress At A Local Cafe...

~

I Was There Alone,

So I Had My Right Hand On My Pistol, That Was In My Purse, That Was Hung Over My Left Shoulder.

~

All Of A Sudden I Was Being Spun Around Hard To My Left.

As I Caught My Balance, I Saw A Man Running Away From Me With My Purse.

~

I Looked Down At My Right Hand And I Saw That My Fingers Were Wrapped Tightly Around My Pistol.

The Next Thing I Remember Is Saying Out Loud, " No Way Punk! Your Not Stealing My Pay Check And Tips."

~

I Raised My Right Hand, Pointed My Pistol At The Man Running Away From Me With My Purse,

And Squeezed The Trigger Of My Pistol 6 Times!

~

When Asked By The Arraignment Judge,

"Why Did You Shoot The Man 6 Times?

~

The Woman Replied Under Oath,

"Because, When I Pulled The Trigger Of My Pistol The 7th Time,

It Only Went Click."

~

The Woman Was Acquitted Of All Charges.

And She Was Back At Work, At The Cafe, The Next Day!

This needs to happen all the time, crime would be no more. No one in there right mind is going to try and rob an armed citizen, with the outcome death.

Ah, this is sweet

But complete BS. Still, it's too bad real life can't be like this.

relatively speaking, that is.' I went to the news site in an attempt to verify this, but they want over $10 bucks for a two day subscription to their archives.

Shooting someone in the back multiple times over a property crime is a guaranteed conviction.

Fact-check?

Anyone got an article to support this story before I forward it? The Houston Herald is a Missouri newspaper. Interestingly enough, Houston, Missouri is in Texas county, Missouri, but I can't find a copy of the actual article. I like the story, but I hate lending credence to bullcrap.

I'll give you the purse if you want it, I don't like sequins anyway. The KY and heroin are mine.

I used the KY well

I found some flat rocks next to a ravine and squirted it all over and laughed as some illegals fell to their deaths.

Hah, no such thing

as a good Jose, ebear. Except the ones as the bottom of the ravine. They're good ones. At least the coyotes and vultures think so.

"lil" tree stumps? Aww, thanks. I have been trying to lose weight, but muscle doesn't go away very easily. I think my next video will be an American version of that one on here with the graphic warning. I'll hire some illegals to clean up the range right in front of the backstop and light them up. Hell, they don't even have to be illegals. Mexican works for me. Yeah, baby. If I kill 50 or 60 of them, that might open up a two bedroom apartment for someone else.

I live in Houston, Tx. It didn't happen. In response to runaway gun, in The state of Texas if it's after sun set, You have the right to use deadly force to protect Your property even if it's not on your land.

Time of day means nothing...In TEXAS, you have the right to use any force, to include deadly force, to protect poperty, harm to others or the commiting of a felony crime,at any place that you are lawfully entitled to be. Texas is also a no-warning state. Got to LOVE castle law!

Let me see if I understand all this....
IF YOU CROSS THE NORTH KOREAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET 12 YEARS HARD LABOR...... IF YOU CROSS THE IRANIAN BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU ARE DETAINED INDEFINITELY....
BUT, IF YOU CROSS THE U.S. BORDER ILLEGALLY YOU GET A DRIVERS LICENSE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, WELFARE, FOOD STAMPS, AND FREE HEALTH CARE?
I guess I still don't understand...

I have reasons for the things I do, just don't expect them to be reasonable
