didn't vote for him. wouldn't vote for him. hope it all turns out ok, but i am very scared about this situation. was i the only one that realized that after seeing the votes come in and everyone they interviewed, that a VERY large majority only voted because he is black? millions of black americans voted for the first time in their lives. and most likely would not have voted this time if he were not black. i would bet that more than 90% of his voters have no idea of his political interests.

Heck - almost 8 years ago at the beginning of the Bush administration they held an aircrew that one of their dumb-ass pilots damn near killed by "forgetting" that his jet had a vertical stabilizer and that the P-3/C-130 (same powerplant) has a huge prop arc through which the moron flew his aircraft while buzzing a US NAVY P-3 that was gathering signals intel, causing the crew to make an emergency landing in China and then they were held HOSTAGE for TWO WEEKS...
So - they really don't care about "pissing us off". The Bushies totally folded during their first international "test" - tail between their legs - it was totally embarrassing.
The Chinese are not nice, and at the rate they are growing they won't "need" us at all. Take a look at our economy and then at theirs... Big difference... If we get "in the way" of their aims I believe they will do what they want - up to their ability to do so. That is why we are developing things like the F-22, new warships to fight in the littorals, etc. They wanted to host the Olympics to "showcase" their culture - Germany did that in '39. I ain't sayin' I am "right" without a doubt - but it would be a huge mistake to misjudge their intentions - or to trust them. Why are we still in North Korea? They can barely even eat. It's China that is the real threat.
I actually hope I am TOTALLY wrong.

I am more than just a little concerned about this ultra-liberal socialist taking it one step further to communism. They will start the process by placing limits on our guns...clip capacity, asault rifle bans, waiting periods, limits on number of guns per household, number of guns one can buy per year...then, the screws start getting tightened. Ask the British how it all came down. Little by little, that is how. Small things, that most would not notice, or wouldn't mind too much. Then they take something else...small, seemingly insignificant, but none the less, one more right that you will never see again. Liberties that slowly erode from us, small enough to not be painful, but over time they are devestating. There again, talk to a British FORMER gun owner.
Once they have our guns, then they will have their way with us. without defense, we will be helpless. Is that what the people that voted for Obama want? Do you want to be helpless against a government that wants to own everything that you have worked so hard for? That is what you are about to get. Just ask a citizen of Cuba or China. We will all be a part of the collective, just a member of the proletariat...a drone in the hive of the United Republic of America. With a House, Senate and Presidential majority, there is no one to stand in the way of this. They are already planning on ways to get your guns from you.

i truly don't think people did their research on him. yes he is a smooth talking literate person, and is very believable if you are gullible. everyone needs to dig a little deeper and get around the fact that the media sided with him very early on and convinced millions to vote for him. i am amazed how they took this from a Red/Blue race, to a Black/White race. look at Chicago, he has unarmed everyone there and look at the crime and murder rate. just think what that will be like when they start taking the rest of the countries rights away. sure they will never get mine, but all that does is make me the criminal. they may not even come to your home and take your guns. but if they make the ammo illegal, or increase the tax on it by 500%, thats the same as taking them.
