what will be the speed and how penetrative will a rolling bullet go more than normal moving bullet

my guess is that unless it was a high velocity bullet it would be slow andnot much penatration....like a slug

A bullet spinning out of the barrel is likely to be more accurate, just like when a football is spinning out of the hands of a quarterback it is more likely to reach the receiver accurately. It's more aerodynamic.
