How to ship a weapon

I am selling my friend my SKS rifle. He lives in Tenn and I live in Fl. Do I need an FFL or a dealer to ship the rifle to him or can I just ship trough UPS

If you carry a gun, people call you paranoid. Nonsense! If you have a gun, what do you have to be paranoid about?

You have to ship your sks to a FFL holder you don't need to have a ffl ship it for you. You can ship it yourself per ATF law. BUT you must ship it to a FFL holder no matter what. No face to face unless you live in the same state.

The buzz around

the sniper forums is that the MSR comes in at around 15k which sounds about right compared to a Barrett or a Cheytac.

Remmington MSR great rifle but use less to civilian, here's why: At 2500 rounds your barrel is done 1 MOA vertical dispersion at 1500m 338 LM precision ammunition only. I can get that with a 200.00 WW2 weapon that last longer than 2500 rounds. Its a jizz saw puzzle of parts at any time to go wrong stock, hand rail, top rail,..etc.. The military can afford to fix it daily, can you?
