Husband Down

Photobucket

A husband and wife are shopping in their local Wal-Mart.

The husband picks up a case of Budweiser and puts it in their cart.
'What do you think you're doing?' asks the wife.
'They're on sale, only $10 for 24 cans he replies.
'Put them back, we can't afford them demands the wife, and so they carry on shopping.

A few aisles further on along the woman picks up a $20 jar of face cream and puts it in the basket. What do you think you're doing?' asks the husband.
'It’s my face cream. It makes me look beautiful,' replies the wife.

Her husband replies: 'So does 24 cans of Budweiser and it's half the price.'

which kind... 38, 99, another one? I've never owned one. They would be cool to add to the collection, but a pain in the ass to find ammo if you want a shooter. If you're rolling your own, I think you can modify 30-06 or .303 cases or something like that, not sure. I'll look into it.

Sent it to Greasy, he thought bbl was painted and was worried about corrosion in breech.

Kicked like a mule
Safety was very unhandy ( big knob on bolt)
Ammo was outragious to buy ( Norma has it for $70.00 now)

7.7 ammo

Hornaday is making it at half the price of Norma but it is still
kinda spendy at $24 a box of 20, that beats the hell out of
$45

whats the price on the 99? It would be cool to have one, and $24 isn't too bad if you only take her out every once in a while. Well, it's pretty bad, but I guess it could be worse

What kind of performance are you looking for? I do have some contacts in the benchrest circles. And you know how fond I am of the .243!
