I'm in Kali and looking for an XD 40, 4 or 5 in barrel
I was told this handgun was taken off the DOJ list. So I am stuck buying a used one. I don't have a problem buying a used gun. Everything I have was aquired used. Anyone in Kali know of an XD40 for sale here? If this gun has been taken off the "list" why is ok to buy a used one? to my brother in law in Cali FFL to FFL and it was denied,they sent it back,wasn't on the list of approved guns,my BIL flew out here and transported it back by locked container onboard the plane,weird.

Just curious...but what keeps you in California? I mean, I know there are parts that are nice, but there are also many places that are shitholes...plus the whole taxes, illegal immigration, socialist agenda of the state government...etc. Seriously though...just curious what keeps you there?
