calls were very good. One from HP on a broken new printer issue, one from Microsoft Word tech support on a complex multiple-indexes issue, and one on Qwest for DSL being down. near-perfect English, aim-to-please support, and competent. The HP & Microsoft issues took more than one call, but they gave me call back numbers and worked on it until it was fixed. I was surprised, but very pleased. Their accent gives them away, of course, but I had no problems understanding them as they have been speaking English all their lives. The different Indian states all have their own language, but their lingua franca in India itself is English.
