I just thought I'd share this with you guys. On Monday, a friend of mine, Larry, who works at the gun shop I frequent, was shot and killed by a customer. Apparently the man asked to see a .410 shotgun, Larry handed the shotgun unloaded of course, however the man brought his own ammo with him and quickly loaded it and put it in Larry's face. He quickly tried to deflect it, however the man shot him at point blank range. Another worker there opened fire on the shooter and hit him twice, however he was able to drive away, but was apprehended a little later. Larry was the nicest guy you would ever meet and I can still here him say "Hello Doc" or "Hello friend" every time I'd go in there. He was a God fearing man and loved his family and I considered him a good friend of mine. I'm going to miss him dearly. The shooter apparently is in the hospital recovering. As of now, nobody knows what the motive was. Anyway, just thought I'd share that with you all. Those of you who pray, say one for his family.
