how are missouri laws? since you live in shawnee mission do you need a different ccw permit if you cross state line? does missouri allow ccw?

Both Kansas and Missouri now have concealed carry laws and both honor concealed carry permits from each other. I am seriously considering applying for a concealed carry permit in Kansas.

I like the idea...register criminals, not guns!

I like the idea of a national register for criminals. Also thought that they should be branded on the forehead with the crime they committed; ie: murderer, rapist, arsonist. You get the point. With this national database you could just check the person out on it and if they aren't on it they get to purchase a gun. Seems simple to me.
