At this time unless you have a class 3 you cannot buy this shotgun. As the AA-12 select-fire shotgun was not developed until after the NFA '86 went into effect, only Class 3 dealers can possess them privately, and only as business samples for sale to Law Enforcement agencies.
Uncle Sugar and the anti-gunners in the Gov. think they're too dangerous for law-abiding citizens to possess, especially with the future prospects of who will be moving to D.C. next year, along with many other select-fire weapons and so-called 'destructive devices' developed since May '86.
