I've written commercial software. I believe authors are entitled to compensation, else they don't eat. On a business level using pirated software can get you into big trouble.

I didn't mean that I wanted to pirate. I work w/ about 30 software programers and they may be really nice guys, but as a hardware guy we just don't speak the same language! I'm looking to buy commercial software to help form a LLC.

or something, like in 'accounting software.' Sorry. My bad. Never come across that kind of software before. I think there's software to help you set up your own will. You might want to use that tack in your search.
