Police officer pulled over a black man driving into a hospital parking to visit his dying mom.

The Police officer jumped out of his car like a monkey going on a rampage in the zoo, and pointed his gun at him and his wife and yelled at them he do not give a dam if his mom was dying...and yelled out loud let me see your drivers license. this is all on video tape... The police believed that the black man driving a new SUV must be stolen. And can you believe dozens of police cars came out of thin air to the scene.

The Texas police are being trained to ignore all Constititional rights the American citizens used to have.

the only reason this made the news because the black man just happened to be a NFL football player.

The police chief told reporters he will look into this incident when he has the time... not in those words but that is what he meant.

Are you Ready

Thank you

let's give the police

let's give the police officer the benefit of the doubt...Maybe the policeman thought the black man was out of place in the hospital instead of being in the crack house neighborhood... After all this did indeed happen in Texas... And Texas shares the border with Mexico...

Thank you

Do not be so naive to judge the United States based on one incident. The police officer showed bad judgement. We know that now. I have never been in that situation, perhaps the officer saw something that alerted his suspicion. That is why he was placed on administrative leave. There would be no story if Mr. Moats' relative was not dying. Remember, Moats did run through a red light, which is illegal. It is my opinion that the officer showed bad judgement.

Maybe the black guy should have stayed home..The police would have had no reason to pull out his gun and point at him and his wife. The black man is lucky the policemans finger did not twitch.

The Chief of Police told the police officer not to worry about a thing because he will take care of everything.

Unfortunately, this NFL Football "Idiot Savant" is like the rest of celebriatta (my word)because they don't think that laws pertain to them and their celebrity status. He broke the law, he should of gotten out of the car like any of us should have, taken his ticket and let his wife go see her mother. He exasberated (sp) the situation, by failing to heed a policeman's order.

We the people need to

We the people need to mobilize all the militias to protect the U.S. Constitution. We need to have a 10 million man march in Washington DC with everyone toting a assault rifle. We must arrest via citizen’s arrest those people in government that want to ignore, change and/or not enforce the U.S. Constitution.

The Banking, AIG and Wall Street mess is caused because no militia enforces checks and balances to prevent the bankers from stealing the hard working American’s people money.

These Wall Street type people are right now enjoying the money they stole from the American people. There are people in America who lost homes, jobs etc all because of the Greed of AIG, Wall Street people etc. Congress, the President and the rest of the leaders did absolutely nothing to protect the American people. All you hear on TV today is how everyone is so surprised of what happened. Do you actually believe not one person knew what was going on.

It’s time to march up to Washington DC, Wall Street in New York City and other financial places and start arresting people who violated the U.S. Constitution.

It is your right and your duty to arrest these criminals to save America…

Thank you

Yes something does need to be done, but you are going about it the wrong way. First off you would never get the miltia's support to storm DC because contrary to popular belief most are pretty intelligent. Second by doing it your way this would turn into one of the largest blood baths in American history only second to the the Civil war.
To deal with the trechery in our capitol we are going to have to use our brains first, and then if we have to our right to bear arms. To walk into DC like cows to slaughter is crazy. The best strategy is one the enemy does not see coming, so calling and I quote "a 10 million man march", would be suicide because your enemy would know your every move. I would much rather to use my brains to achieve my goals, and then if it comes to defending my rights by any other means then so be it.
That is just this Hillbilly's two cents worth.

“If ever time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in government, our country will stand in need of it's experienced Patriots to prevent it's ruin."Samuel Adams
