Long term Effects

Back in June, The Supreme Court ruled that the Second Amendment’s guarantee of an individual’s right to bear arms applied to state and local laws.
What do you think the implications of this decision are going to be in the long run? Do you think state and local governments will fashion strong policies aimed at stopping gun violence?

No. State and local

governments will simply word their laws and ordinances in ways to make gun ownership as difficult as possible while still staying within the SCOTUS rulings.
