if the courts declared him ineligible. The first black president declared unfit to serve. I'm thinking living away from an urban cluster is a good place to be in that case. The older guys remember the Watts riots and I certainly remember the post-Rodney King LA riots. My Bushmaster and Glock and, well, willingness to run people over would keep me from being the next Reginald Denney.

Even if they do, Obama could be bin Laden's brother and there's no way any of those people are going to be the ones to say our first black president is ineligible. I'm not so sure it would be such a great thing for us to get Biden anyway. Not sure there's much difference.

I know we had this discussion to to some extent already but would Biden still quailfy to take his place as he was elected as #2 on a possibly ineligeable president elects ticket? I read most of those posts but can't remember the conclusion or if there ever was one.
