I have purchased a new laptop that has this O.S. Unfortunately I have a high dollar prog that will run only under a 32 bit sys. Is there a way I can configure Vista for 32 bit when I need to?

Thanks guys,

it will automatically configure to run most any 32bit software, but also your OS should have come with two disc, one for 64 bit and the other for 32 bit. only thing is it not work the other way around. most 64 bit program will not run on 32 bit system. it just depend, but most likely you will be ok to run your 32 bit program in the 64 bit architecture.
