Well, I know the mk 23 is "supposed" to be better. I've never shot one though. I did hold one a few times, and they are HEAVY and BIG. I have shot the usp tactical and it was very accurate. Unless your a Navy Seal, I don't think there is that much advantage of having a mk. 23 over the usp, unless you just like to be "cool" and have a navy seal gun. But, for the money, I'd go with the USP.
