had the same problem

with a mossy 500,and yes Raffey i was pulling it like a man, anyway i had trouble with it thru 20 rounds, took it to the local gun store and traded it off for an O/U,Mossberg silver reserve in 12 gauge. If you want to turn it in for some warranty repair they can probably fix it,i just don't have time for a weapon that malfunctions like that shotty did.

i tried being reasonable,i didn't like it, NRA LIFE MEMBER,USMC VETERAN

dirty

the slide runs on the mag tube and it would surprise you how many times i have had these and all pumps apart to find that the mag tube and slide are rusty and packed with dirt.clean and oil it.a quik test of this is to spray wd 40 between the barrel and the slide to see if it frees up.if it does then it is firty or not lubed and dry as a bone.
