Saint J.M. Browning
I don't know how expensive it was, but one of the guys on hunting lease welded a trailer hitch on his and mounts it in his truck's receiver. It works pretty good.

How much does one of those go for? Some of my friends have been talking about wanting to get one and start shooting skeet.

got mine from bass pro for right around $40 they seem to start about that range and go all the way up to a couple thousand. Would definitely recomend you and your friends to start shooting skeet, it is by far my favorite type of target shooting. A game I like to play with my friends is knockout have everyone stand in a line throw skeet, 1st guy gets 1 shot at it, if he misses the next guy can shoot skeet and if he hits 1st guy is knocked out. lots of fun. Oh you can also buy an easy throw for about $15 they work just as good just have to manualy throw the skeet yourself
@ St J M thanks for the advise guess I just need a truck now

Sounds like fun.

Do you ever go to Rio Salado? They used to have two there...

a truck or cars tow hitch receiver is the easiest, but you could go to the wrecking yard and get an old rim or rim tire and have a local welder fab up a mount that will either bolt on to the lug pattern of the rim,or be welded permanently,or you could have a welder make a stand with a large heavy gauge steel base that you can weight with sandbags,or maybe use stakes.have fun.

havent been to Rio Salado, don't know why its within walking distance, trying to get into 3 gun so I'm sure I will end up there eventually, seen pics in guns and ammo looks cool. Have you been
@jay I think I will go with the tire idea thanks

that was my second home for quite a while. I haven't been in about 9 months or so. I think they moved the skeet to it's own private range.

will have to check it out only because I've heard so much about it, but one of the things I love about Arizona is just drive half an hour in any direction and you can shoot for free

two things.
1, The Owners, Operators, Programmers and Moderators reserve the right to remove any post they deam breaking site policy. There is also a program setup for anyone deciding they wish to advertise on this site as it helps with the costs of Operations.
2. Spaming happens on a regular basis en mass, they do not always have the time nor the inclination to chase down every link posted in the threads and no one should expect them too.
There is an extremely simple solution to the Spam and that is to remove the ability to post any link in any thread which would be a shame, but again, it would make things more simple without question.
So, those wanting to Advertise should do the right thing (most wont from the Asian Rim) and we as members of the site should and for the most part do check our selves when we post links.
If you post something, make sure you do not question the validity of it not being spam, if you question it, it is probably something you should not post.
If you do not like the Polices and Process, well, do not post links and if you just have to then post them on another forum.
