My 1946 Spanish Mauser

Sorry about the pic's, it is a shitty time of day to take photos
at my house with all of the glare from the sun heading west.
The rifle is overall in fine condition, the barrel is shiny and the
rifling is deep, it is numbers matching
with the exception of the bolt, I suspect that these rifles did
not come with a chrome bolt.

It has what appear to be blood stains on the furniture though
I can not confirm that, nor am I going to take core samples and
send them in for testing....Anyway, I am happy with it and I hope
that it will gain value in the years to come.

This is the problem with where I live!! I would LOVE to get my hands on a Beauty
like this, Just to look it over and check out the superior workmanship, But nobody

flooding

was last week we were flooded in and w/o power for 16.5 hours. A dam west of here broke and drained a lake in Delhi IA. but other than that things are going well. Just applied to the Iowa DOC Oakdale. Its a medicl classification center kind of a MEPS for criminals.

I applied to be a CO if I wear in charge of being medically responsible I wouldn't last there very long they get ALL the offender first then they get classified to which facility they go to.

coated bicycle hooks so as not to mar the finish (REDNECK), the wife just kinda rolled her eye's at that one. As far as ammo goes, I religiously thoroughly clean all of my guns the minute that I get home from the range so I am not too woried about corrosive ammo.
