ND Arms Long Range

A friend of mine has a single shot 12 gauge shotgun. When he found it the stock was in horrible condition and he as since replaced it. We're trying to find out more info about the shotgun. All we've found as far as markings is "ND ARMS" and "LONG RANGE" I would appreciate any and all help from you guys! I'll post a pic if I can but for now that's all I can give ya'll to work on.

Update

So upon removal of the the stock(fore-end and buttstock) I found the intials LLH and on the side of the reciever I found N.Y. Also the serial numbers from barrel and reciever match. I looked up LLH and found a man named Laurent Lochet-Habran, a belgium gun maker. Apparently a lot of companies bought barrels from him/his company due to the good quality. Some barrels are marked with LLH as well as London Steel. Still haven't really found anything as to value of the gun or the time frame of the company from start to finish.
