Hey all you members and vistors. For each topic in each catagory we need to have more replys and feed back on each topic and forums. We have a lot of discussions and topics going on but we're not getting enough replys from everyone who signs in. We all have issues that we like to sign in and see our replys and feedbacks. After awhile they build up weeks and months at a time with nothing new added to them. All you vistors need to sign up and join in our conversations, it's easy and free. I think after a certain time frame that these issues should be deleted or removed for new topics and forums. I guess that would be the web site master to go in let's say after about 2-3 weeks once the replys stop is to get rid of the old topics and replys. Make way for new topics and replys. We're all here for the same reason. What do you all think?

I dissagree on the matter of deleteing old topics cause if someone is new and is looking for say a tarus gun info or subject that he/she saw one day and its gone the next day we would probably loose the new member.

Get rid of the ol gun or keep it for display purposes, and get yourself a mauser if you like bolt actions. They're made very well and strong action too. Parts are probably more available and the ammo is 8mm which shouldn't be to hard to find.

Just the AK-47 would be the only real russian gun made out there. If you want the 7.62x39 caliber buy a ruger mini 30. Save a job and buy american.

Not yet but sounds good. The 6.8 spc has been a subject for the military and our troops for some time now.I have read an article by a marine in afgan. on the topic his opinion if he had a spc 6.8 during a time in which he wrote it may have made a difference at that time. besides i have read a article in one of my gun magazine that the .223 magazine will also accept the 6.8 spc cartridge.

well if its so unethical who repairs roads in this country i mean the companies hire cheap illegal labor then make millions of dollars on contracts from the government that is using our money to pay mexican backhoes when the american unemployment rate just keeps climbing and remember the unemployment rate only counts people that are on unemployment

no brother(and i say brother because u believe in the second amendment right)i just think that as far as all the work ur putting into that rifle u could build a nicer gun for the same amount of work and i was just kiddin i wasnt tryin to step on ur toes a enfield is a real durable design plus alot more ammo is available i took one cut down the factory full length stock sprayed the wood with truck bed coating in a rattle can that came from napa sand blasted the metal and blued it then drilled it for a scope mount and put it togethor after some trigger work with a stone trigger pull is 3 pounds it shoots a 1 1/2 inch group at 200 yards and that is with factory ammo not roll my own

There are screws in th wood with the scope mount on it. the neck of the scope mount is bent over the bolt to line the scope up with the barrel. which means u have to load the bullets one by one.

sounds like someone had the right idea but the mounting in the wood is wrong it is the right mount wrong gun but as long as they didnt chop up the wood cause the builders dont mount scopes to wood so u have an a3 take it to a gun smith and have them drill the receiver for mounts and hang a 20 power scope on it and now u have a sniper rifle

Are you looking for numbers to track manf. date and value? If the numbers are missing all you can do is guess. If you have model # on it and what variant is it you might be able to roughly guess.
