love the M&P 40c

I love it, i have carried mil issue before so that is why i went with the M&P. My wife was not keen on firearms in the house when the kids where young. we/she is now in the comfort mode. I have always had long guns in the house and stored in a safe, she is an accountant that works long hours in the tax season leaving late at night. I mention the M&P to her and was sold from the start. The muzzle rise or recoil of the M&P is so slight even on the compact. the grip is outstanding, mostly because you can change out the back strap to fit your grip. My wife carries the M&P 9c and uses the small grip, she also fires my 40. just by changing out the back strap. definately a universal weapon. I've fired over 600 rounds without FTL or FTE.... weight may be cumbersome for some that are looking for less than 20 oz. With the heavier slide i think brings the rise and recoil down to a very effectiive follow on target placement... IMHO...i rely on this weapon for self defense and have every confidence it will hit where i place it...

I love the g23, shot the g22 in the academy and thats what got me hooked. I held the 27 and didnt like it at all, way too small for my hands and would not feel comfortable shooting it. not worth it to buy the 27 and then by a mag extender, when I can just keep my 23 and get 2more rounds. We had the tritium night sights on the 22's, ive just got the normal sights on the 23. I like it fine, at some point ill get the night sights, and also get a stiffer spring as to reduce recoil even more. I wouldnt trade this one for anything...well maybe a legit colt 1911, then go buy another g23..lol cheaper.

no complaints here

I really like the G's, just did not like the forward feel. like the straighter grips... all personal preference... 27 was very small. hard to handle.... do you carry OWB or IWB....i carry IWB just because i feel that OWB requires the outter shirt or jacket... not really comfortable...
