quedo101,
welcome. Newer magazines have very stiff springs. You might check the box that the weapon came in for an assist. It looks like a squared off washer with a hook. Otherwise, you have a couple of options. You can buy many mags so you only have to load them every once in a while, or you can suffer through it and shoot a lot of ammo to "break in" the springs. ;)

but you might want to experiment a bit. Some of the releases are slides and some of them are buttons. If you try to slide a button you just wind up hurting your thumb. I know this sounds strange, but on mine there appeared to be a bit of a technique to pushing the damn button. I was trying to push the button from the side, but what I really needed to do was push it directly from the top at 90 degrees. Once I figured it out the clips dropped out just like they were supposed to and I haven't had a problem since. I think the mechanism has loosened upo a bit from new as well.

Sometimes if you load one less round into it than the maximum it will accept you won't have that problem either. I have this issue with my Bersa I bought it 2 or 3 weeks ago now and it'll stick a little if I load the last round in the mag. As Clint said it's because it's new.
clintlebo
quedo101,
are you asking about loading the magazines into the pistol, or loading the magazines with ammo?
Schuyler and I are responding to 2 different ideas. Maybe we covered your dilemma...?

are busting thumbs over loading magazines, GET YOURSELF an "UPLULA" reloader. Your thumbs will be healed forever. The "UPLULA" will do magazines from .380 to .45, and works like a charm.
Ebear
i agree with everyone, you could load in a few rounds at a time increasing every load until the springs get loose. but the speed loaders a great option it'll save you time and save your thumbs too.
runawaygun762
But I don't think they save time. I obviously have the strongest thumbs in the world, because I have never had the desire to use a mag loader for pistol mags.
samD
and loading my G19s with 14 rounds can be problematic! I need a thumb transplant.
nimrod
We know that drugs kill. know that drugs harm innocent people and the cost of drug addiction is high.
Is it the problem?.

Yeah I wish the modirator could throw that pimple on ass of humanity called Nimrod off the site. The guy is pretty much a pain in the ass. And untie his mother, shit this guy done killed her years ago and now wears her pantyhose around the house. While trying to explain to the neighbors the strange smell coming from the apartment.
