Hey guys/gals(i'm sure there's a hidden few)
New member from Edmonton, Alberta.

And here's the first dumb question...
did you find shooting a larger caliber gave you better accuracy ??

Because I shot a 9mm pistol and was all over the place and then shot .45ACP and had beautiful groupings. ( 9mm was an SVI and .45ACP was a STI, both full size pistols)
IS that Normal ??

Honestly, Your gun preference is as personal and custom fit to you as your wife would be!! You just happen to hold the pistol and squeeze the trigger and shot the gun in the right way for it to benifit the larger sized calibers. However I would urge you to get good with the smaller calibers as well. But there could be one thing your doing...you have a pre-set idea of how much a gun will kick and compensating for it on the smaller calibers, however your compensation is to much for a 9mm but my happen to be right for the .45...but I really can't help to much with out seeing you firing or reading your shots!!!

I find the heavier the gun the more accurate I am.

the heavier the gun and the longer the barrel is the less recoil you will have.
