what is your budget? Thats the main factor.
5.56, 6.8, 7.62... or something else?
Do you want Gas Piston or Direct impingement?
If $$ doesn't matter... I would go with JP parts and trigger. Lots of companies like Troy, POF, LWRC, LMT, Knights and about a thousand others offer good, completely assembled uppers. Do you want an upper group, assembly, or do you want to do it from scratch?
Magpul makes good stocks from the price.
Give us a better idea of what you''re looking for and there are quite a few people here that can give you suggestions. I think LBC has put together a pretty good list of resources as well.

Thanks

I will work on getting a design together on how i want it to look. I am thinking haveing the colapsing stock, shorter barrel than i have on my buckmaster but not sure if i want ot go flat top or not. If this build works as i hope it will then i will be doing another but for varment hunting. I will be building this one in 5.56. This will be my first build of an AR so learning as i go. Also off topic where can i get an AK kit gun?

I know,

the sight is a bit over the top for what you are looking for..lol.

Like sam says, check out TLtactical. I haven't seen any kits per se (all inclusive) but I am sure they can put something together. I have "scoured" their website and their prices are inline with the industry ~, plus doing business with companies in the great state of Arizona is just the "right" thing to do right now

V Scout- I am in the

V Scout- I am in the beginning stages of building my own AR as well. I have a DPMS parts kit with JP springs on the way. And if you can do business with Arizona we all would appreciate it! I want to build a varminter setup. I still plan on buying a tactical model from HKHandgunner if he would ever get his act together (lol) He is starting up a business and going to have a website here soon.

HK just sent me a pm, the website I saw is going bye bye. He's starting over with someone else. As soon as he gets his FFL he'll let all of us know.
