I just purchased my Walther PK380 and while sighting in laser, it slides down the rail while shooting? it actually jumps its mount from the recoil? Has anyone else had this problem and what to do? I was thinking of maybe a dab of silicone either on rail or on mount?

The gun is awesome. Very light and shoots perfect...Great piece.

I have the same gun and have not had that issue. Sounds like there may be a defect with your latching mechanism inside the laser. Give that a look or maybe just return it to your place of purchase for warranty. When you install the laser, can you pull it off without pressing the release buttons?

I'd have to agree that it's a really good gun especially for the price.

Pulling on laser

I just tried pulling laser off rail without unlatching and it doesn't move at all...The recoil from the gun must be obviously allowing the spring to unlatch from its mount. Must be a weak spring...
