Even though no crimes have been commited by a 50 cal rifle- ever, NYS in its infinite wisdom is gonna ban 50 caliber weapons. It was interesting to listen to the politicians speak about the danger of 50 cals while not having a clue what a 50 cal rifle was.
The female assemblywoman stated that 50 caliber weapons can knock down aircraft and kill at over a mile away.
Do they realize there are many 50 cal's including muzzleloaders, handguns, dangerous game and also sniper rifles.
TShe had no clue there was anything other than 50 cal sniper rifles.
What about 50 cal Beowulf, american express and S&W 500's?
She actually said there was no hunting applications.
My big arguement is that if a terrorist wants a 50 cal BMG they will get it somewhere other than Buffalo Gun I off?
Could nt a terrorist get a lot better hardware than a 50 cal like we see in the mexico propagagnda?

Sounds normal for NY

You have to watch out for all the people that have 50 caliber firearms that do crimes with them.

Because those Barretts, Robars, and McMillans are all over the streets of New York
