I am unfortunately residing in the socialist state of California. My wife is in the Navy and that is the reason for having to be here. But not for long. We do have a commuted sentence and look forward to our parole from the land of nuts. i am looking forward to gaining knowledge from all of you who have been at this longer than me. |

Welcome. Pssst pass the word we are breaking out. lol
I left that Commie state in 2000 and have never looked back. Now reside in Arizona, land of the free.
Enjoy your journey.

Seems like there are way 2 many laws and restrictions regarding firearms in the state of California. Every time u order a mag online, they have to remind u about the capacity restrictions in CA. But I guess there are reasons for it, but it does suck!

Tell me about it. I am getting my CCW and my Glock has 15 round mags. To get my CCW it is 12 hrs, 4 of which are on the range. But to open carry I don't need any permits.
I knew I was in the right state when I first moved here a guy passed me on the freeway, on a HD with straight pipes, no helmet and packing a .40 in his holster.

Basically you are allowed to own any type of weapon in Kentucky, unless u have been in trouble with the PoPo. If u have, forget a machinegun!

thats pretty mindblowing, Cali has always been known as a free'r state where anything goes, but guess not huh. illinois is also pretty strict
