I posted an image about this on another thread and when I was looking for the image, I found some real good ones. Let this be a repository for those seeking to enlighten the ignorant.

Those rounds (not bullets, lol) in the moon clips seem to have had the primers removed.

BTW, if you want to use one of these images to spread the gospel, go to the 'Images' tab at the top. It has the full size versions of these.

It really bothers me when the politicians stand in front of a camera and use the wrong term for the things they want to ban.

Magazine clip

I've even heard them combine them into magazine clips. Ugh.

I have also heard that on e well, just think, if they can't get something as easy as this correct. How screwed up are they on everything else. Well, I guess we know that too.

I especially decry the misuse of the term "assault weapon". By this misuse, if you painted your Daisy Red Ryder [scary] black, it would become an assault weapon. Using this logic, also, your child's scary black water pistol would also become an assault weapon.
I wonder also, when Feinstein "carries" her 38 snubby, if she makes certain it has a nickel or stainless finish, so as to prevent it from looking like a scary assault weapon; after all, she would not want to be accused of frightening a potential attacker, to death.

No, assault weapons,

as referred to by the libtards are scary looking guns with clips that stick out the bottom, have flash hiders, bayonet lugs, and are fully automatic. Her snubbie would be a Saturday Night Special, except for the fact that it's hers, so that makes it a viable self-defense tool. Get it right, you right-wing gun crazy NRA goon.

not to. You may have given me the nicest complement, I ever got [ your last sentence has made my day!]. I also must remember "viable self-defense tool" hereinafter to be called "vs-dt".

I can just hear the conversation with a State Trooper: ''Sir, your license and registration check-out OK. Do you know why I stopped you?" ----"Well officer, I suspect it might have something to do with the 57mm recoilless rifle mounted in my truck bed."-----"No Sir, in this state that is considered a 'viable self-defense tool' . Your left tail light is out; Please fix it."

:^))

On certain guns, yes. Think of the M-1, 8 round clip feeds the fixed magazine.

Yes it does make that noise, however, our boys started using that to their advantage. They would have an extra empty clip to through down and trick the Germans and japs. Sometimes a weakness is really a strength grasshopper.
