Oklahoma State Senator

I heard on tv that a state senator from OK recently stopped and assisted a highway patrol in subduing a person who was resisting arrest. On his way to the capitol. No grand standing just helping.
He actually put the cuffs on while the bloodied officer restrained the suspect. Ask yourself, would my local representative even give a state employee a second glance?

Jogs alone.
Carry's a S&W snubby 357
couple months ago he downed a coyote
with one shot.

Didn't even get the Libs on his case.

Still don't know about Rick Perry
What's this if you qualify with a
revolver you can only carry a revolver ?
If you qualify with an auto you can carry
anything?
That sucks

CW, I may have been mis-informed but I heard that story too but heard that he used a Ruger LCP to down the coyote, and yes it was with one shot. That supposedly was the inspiration for them to produce a model (supposedly exclusively) available in Texas called "The Governor."

As for the clause of "If you qualify with a revolver you can only carry a revolver....." yes, unfortunately, that is true. I don't agree with it, but I think it is because too many politicians don't know how to shoot a revolver themselves much less a semi-auto. So they figure that if you are going to qualify with a revolver you probably only know how to use the revolver. After all you aren't nearly as smart as they are or you would be going to Austin every two years for about 5 months and getting paid like you were there for the whole two years.

Freedom ain't Free, so thank a Veteran when you see one. They are the ones who have protected the freedoms that you enjoy!

Might have been a Ruger, I wasn't there lol
Point is he didn't climb a tree and call for
help. I have mixed feelings about Ole Rick.

I'm a 7th generation Texan, guess it's in my blood

May be I watch too much Texas Country Reporter on Utube
