Open carry gets a pass in Florida
DATE: April 13, 2011 No lets see if Gov. Scott actually keeps his promise to sign it... 50/50 considering he is a lying thieving ass munch... No sir, he fell into that bullet...

State Senator Ellyn Bodganoff (R-25) filed an unfriendly amendment to the bill that would have gutted the provisions relating to open carry protection. Her amendment actually would have made it easier for law enforcement to arrest citizens with concealed weapons licenses who are legally carrying and whose firearms become accidentally or unintentionally exposed. Every time a license holder leaves home he or she runs the risk of being arrested and charged with violating the “open carry” or “improper exhibition” law, if the firearm becomes exposed.
Senator Bogdanoff ultimately withdrew her amendment and then voted AGAINST the bill.
Lets see if she gets elected again next time around...

John, I really hope she doesn't get re-elected.
I have been a Mason now for almost 4 years. I spent about 30 years wondering what I had to do to be invited to join that organization. Finally I found out. The Masons don't invite new members. She is out for me anyway, let me know anything you hear, my man. Randy, My Grandad and father were a mason, and they both said we boys 4 of us were automatic in. Both have died and never thought about it or attended meetings or anything. Then 17 years ago my grandaughter at 6 months old got three types of lukemia, and at that time Moffitt center was the place to be for her to be treated, so we moved here. She lasted untill 2 years old and died on my birthday and born on christmas day. She had a bone marrow transplant and her so called father was a 100% match. But he left and wentback to New Jersey and went into hiding. That left just her mother my daughter who was a 50% match, and running out of time had to go for that. She died in two weeks at 2 years old. The hospital already had my house and the bill was 1 million dollars and a couple of hundred thousand. The came after me with a vengence for the million 2. Three weeks of trying to figure something so outrageous out like that, they might as well have asked for the fkg moon from me. it was not going to happen. Just waiting for sheriff to take my home. My father called and on his death bed, and said the Masons will take care of everything and the father was found and is no more, so relax and grieve John. They sent me a bill paid in full and one year later the fathers father asked me if I knew where his son was on the phone no less. I said you might as well and wait untill you join him in hell and theirs your answer. I will always say what I just said and anybody that wants to prove anything over what I just wrote, bring it on! I won't carry openly, but I damn will like knowing that if someone happens to figure out I have a weapon on me, they can go piss up a rope.
Open carry invites too many possibilities for Joe Citizen loosing their weapon to someone else. I m not worried about Gunslingers and stuff. The ones that are actually believe the Hollywood hype that people shot each other down in every town in every state in the middle of the street at least three times a day...
Of they pulled their guns and shot up the Saloon each night and the Tinker Elves would sneak in when everyone went home and put wood putty in all the holes.
Besides in Florida you always could carry open when camping, fishing, hunting and hiking...

I know your are right on as always my man,love the picture change, by the way. But I was just getting pumped, because I have a 400lb relative sister in law, that will not back off on having a gun or carrying and thinks it is fairy land and noone ever gets robbed or home invasion etc. But she will not even get a newspaper or watch the news to see what happens to people like her.By the way she happens to have 2 homes and those share vacations stuff and all from my brother. But when I gave him a gun for his birthday she made him lock it in the cellar in their safe, where they do not believe in banks. They are totall asses and my brother turned into a whipped ass too. But every now and then they visit and say meet us at a restaurant because we pay and only eat in where we want. Tht is how gutsy she is, so next time I will say yes we will meet you and wear my western gun apparell. I would love to see the look on her face!!!! haaa John
