I want to trade a like new Rossi 357 magnum for a walther P22. Question should I trade for the treaded barrel or 5 inch barrel??
Threaded barrel is only usefull if you want to attach a flash suppressor or a silencer. Unless youre an ffl dont worry about silencers and putting a suppressor on a .22 is kinda pointless. I would go with the 5" barrel.
just remember one thing.....you have to take off the two inch extention everytime you break the walther down to clean it.it can be a pain in the ass.....what size barrel does the .357 come with?
.357 vs .22 I'd just keep the .357 but I'd say go with the threaded barrel incase you can get a supressor, that'd be fun!
price wise if the .22 is new it is a good trade. when you consider the price of ammo....plus if your not using the .357.go for it.but why not try and sell it here in the classified section. you never know....
That I agree with you on...
there's a first time for everything.....lol
I disagree with!
Thats why I want to trade for the other here is the 357 info.
Hey if ya got one to trade.............
The dog pic is creepy. Is that your dog?

Gotta love Huskies.....haha love that comment
not the best of freinds.
I have almost all the Walther firearms, great choice. I have the waltherp22 with both barrells. Go with the 5 inch, much better for plinking. The 3.5 heats up and gets erratic after a few rounds. Once you buy a walther it becomes a habit....shot it today put through half a brick. Shot for two hours for $5.
hope to pick up a P99 as well, but for now just looking for the P22.
i did'nt know that about the overheating. thanks, i need to get a .22 myself so i can take my daughter to the range.i was thinking walther or the sig mosquito. But I hear the Sig is very tempramental on ammo. Also,Nitris go for the trade. I hate Snub noses!!!!!
