My shop & barn face each other and are about 175' apart. I have no electricity in the barn but have a partial spool of overhead power line. It is 2 conductor plus a bare ground that will also support the line. The conductors are twisted 7 strands of 13 gage aluminum wire. If I would install proper weatherheads on the gable ends of both buildings, can I span this distance with just one support pole?
