Quick Question

If a firearm is not allowed in another state due to the high capacity magazine, is it possible to buy a smaller capacity mag if so could you then carry that firearm in that state?

yes, as long as you are complying with the state's magazine capacity laws and the state's carry laws. Many states that place restrictions on magazine capicity may also have other restrictions that you would need to comply with (pistol grips, bayontes, extrenal mags etc... for rifles). I would check ALL of the state's restrictions.

That don't allow weapons capable of accepting high-cap mags. Well, one that i know of, and I gotta say, why would Kalifornians even bother buying one of those stupid ARs?
