Rear sights on Taurus

I have a Taurus PT92 that has fixed sights, but I would like to change them to adjustable sights. Is there any way to do this, and if so what are the costs and methods to do this?

I would have a gun smith install them to make sure they are lined up correctly. my gun smith usually charges $10 and can do it in under 5 min.
