anybody ever use one in an AK or SKS? I never have, and was just looking at them on tapco. I was wondering if they actually help for follow up shots

i highly recommend them for both the AK and the SKS!i use them in my SKS's and my RPK.they prevent the bolt from slamming all the way to the rear and damaging botht the receiver and the slide(think long term use).
