Does anyone know anything about this gun? I'm shopping for a reliable yet inexpensive O/U 12GA for sporting clays. I tried the sport for the first time this past weekend and had a great time. I want to buy a gun but since I'm new to the sport I don't want to spend a lot of money my first time out. I know that you get what you pay for but was looking for the pros and cons of this gun. If this is not the right direction for me can anyone make a recommendation? I would like to stay under $600.

it will be a decent entry level over and under. the SPR310's are outsourced to russia, so they may not be as good of quality as some other remmys but they will be good enough, simple and reliable. you'll miss small details like sling swivels, but you can always add those yourself and if you're just using it for clays, you may not want them. I think you can swap out internal chokes with it as well.

If you're just getting into it, I would go for the SPR310... it beats dropping $3500 on a nicer shotgun that won't help you hit the clays any better. Get the entry level, then upgrade later on if you get real serious with it.

Good gun, never gave me any problems. Hitting about 20 out of 25 with it. Little harsh on my trigger hand because of the machining is solid. great firearm
